You’ll go through 80% of our hiring process in just one day and could receive an offer shortly after. Who We're Looking For
Whether you’re just starting out, changing careers, or looking for your next challenge, we encourage you to apply. We’re especially excited to meet people who:
- Are curious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Have strong communication skills in German (C1 to C2) and in English (B2)
- Are excited about working in tech and mobility
- Value collaboration, feedback, and impact over job titles or years of experience
You don’t need a traditional background in sales or tech. If you bring the motivation, we’ll help you grow the skills.
