As part of Nelly’s Risk Management team, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our risk and compliance foundation. You’ll help shape policies, controls, and frameworks that keep Nelly resilient, compliant, and ready to scale — combining hands-on execution with analytical problem-solving to identify risks early, monitor them effectively, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Your Role with Us:
- Support the development and implementation of Risk Management Policies
- Contribute to enhancing internal controls to improve process efficiency, strengthen resilience, and meet regulatory standards.
- Assist in third-party risk management, helping evaluate vendors and partners against Nelly’s compliance and control requirements.
- Participate in business continuity and resilience initiatives, contributing to the design, testing, and refinement of disaster recovery plans.
- Prepare risk dashboards and reporting materials for senior management, providing insights into key risk indicators and trends.
What You Bring:
- We’re looking for a motivated Risk Management professional who is eager to grow, contribute, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or GRC roles, ideally in FinTech, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, and internal control frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, or similar).
- Ability to support the creation and improvement of risk policies and procedures in a scaling environment.Knowledge of European financial regulations (BaFin, EBA, GDPR, PSD2) and operational resilience best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
