Deine Aufgaben:
Gewährleistung eines optimalen Kundenservices
Aktive Kundenbetreuung mit individueller, kompetenter und freundlicher Beratung
Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Präsentation unseres Warensortiments
Visual Merchandising mit verkaufsfördernder Warenpräsentation
Durchführung aller anfallenden Kassiervorgänge
Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Mitwirkung bei Promotion- und Marketingaktionen im Store
Warenannahme, -kontrolle und -verarbeitung
Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren
Dein Profil:
Teamplayer
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrungen, idealerweise im Einzelhandel/ Kundenservice
Hohe Affinität für Sport und Fashion
Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der täglichen Arbeit mit anderen
Menschen hohe Serviceorientierung
Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität &Teamfähigkeit (flexibler Einsatzplan, einschließlich Wochenende)

Flexible Work Schedule

Our hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while providing high levels of flexibility to associates. North American office-based associates are expected to come into the office on Wednesdays, with other occasional in-office days for in-person meetings and events as needed.
