Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a Quality Manager for their client in Hamburg, Germany. Start of the project is in September and the estimated project duration is 6-12 months.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the execution of Field Quality Plans (including cable routing, switchgear installation, cable laying, and cable connections)
- Coordinate and participate in site inspections with both the client and the end customer
- Work closely with site managers and supervisors to ensure quality control and timely scheduling of inspections
- Monitor and ensure compliance with technical standards and project specifications
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting related to quality processes
Requirements:
- Suitable educational background in Electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in Quality Management in large-scale industrial plant construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic project environment
- English and German language skills
