You Role
As a Property Operations Administrator (f/m/d), you will support the Property Operations Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across our German data center properties. Your responsibilities include processing invoices and service charges, tracking payments, and preparing OPEX budgets. You will coordinate and manage external facility service providers, review offers and contracts, and monitor ongoing orders.
In addition, you will maintain property-related documentation, update property lists in cooperation with Finance, and serve as a contact point for authorities and customers regarding property data and change processes. When needed, you will also support office administration tasks such as visitor registration, reception duties, and meeting room management.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification (e.g., office administrator, real estate administrator, real estate agent)
- Several years of professional experience in administrative or office management roles (e.g., hospitality, tourism, real estate)
- Strong experience in administration and order management
- Advanced knowledge of accounting systems (Yardi preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with property and real estate management practices
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
