What you'll do
- Assist project management in defining project tasks, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient planning and execution
- Track and monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and facilitate corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Support project management, product owner and program management in organizing IT tests, user acceptance tests, workshops and team events
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are accurately updated and recorded
- Track budget progress, support budget forecast and yearly budget creation by maintaining cost tracker
Who you are
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication in German and English within a international team
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
- Team player with proven ability to work collaboratively with internal IT and Business teams as well as external partners
