We are looking for a Production Working Student (all genders) to join our team in Berlin.
YOUR MISSION:
Freelancer Support
- Freelancer onboarding deck
- Be available to support for any personal in-office demands they need, if not present
- Any company-own admin workflows (Budgets and Invoicing)
- Organise Travel
Production Team Support
- Support the team with formalizing process deck + onboarding deck
- Ways of how to optimize efficiency of workflow and analyze past productions to suggest improvements
- Set up production vendor showcases in office
- Refresh/ Update our Vendors list + Freelancer list
- Accompany producers in researching new talent and expand network (photographers, stylists etc.) for future projects
Project Support
- Check in with Rental Services for Availability, send-backs and Aftercare
- Support with Arriving/Sending out Packages and Logistics
- Check in with timelines to help Team meet deadlines
- Support Travel Bookings
- Provide Call Sheets
On Set
- Support set-up/wrap-up of Studio and Location
- Take care of arriving Crew and Talent
- Hands on Support during Production and respond to any last-minute requests they may have
