Description
What You'll Do:
- Own the Live Ops execution for one of our top-performing Hybrid Casual titles.
- Act as the main point of contact with our external studio, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals, and smooth collaboration.
- Plan, schedule, and analyze live events, promotions, and content releases to drive engagement and revenue.
- Monitor game performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and work with the studio to implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure the timely delivery of updates, bug fixes, and new content in coordination with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Marketing).
- Collaborate on feature roadmaps, balancing business objectives with player experience.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in Live Ops, Production, or Game Operations in the mobile gaming industry.
- Solid understanding of game economy, user engagement, and retention strategies.
- Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams remotely.
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Experience with Hybrid Casual or Casual/F2P games.
