The Role
We're looking for a Principal Digital Product Designer to elevate the patient experience of our core product. This is a pivotal, hands-on role within our Product Design team - working in a product trio with Product Managers and Engineers.
You’ll take the lead on evolving the Oviva App both strategically and conceptually, balancing business goals with user needs, while also crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Your work will directly shape the digital journeys of our patients across Europe.
6+ years of experience designing digital products, especially mobile apps.
Strong portfolio showcasing measurable impact on user engagement and retention.
Fluency in UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, shadowing).
Strategic thinking with strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Figma and user research tools.
Fluent English (German is a big plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Enhance the app experience using data-driven insights to boost retention and outcomes.
Lead collaboration with UX research for user testing, and analytics to drive iterative improvements.
Translate patient feedback into intuitive and inclusive design solutions.
Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visuals for implementation.
Present and advocate for design solutions across cross-functional teams.
