As Planning Excellence and Project Manager (gn) at ESN & More, you’ll take ownership of transforming and elevating our planning capabilities end to end. You’ll bridge strategy and operations, shape systems and processes, and create visibility across the supply chain. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive scalable growth.
Your mission
- You design and implement end-to-end planning processes for demand, supply, and capacity
- You drive tool implementation (e.g. SAP IBP, Kinaxis) to boost accuracy and agility
- You align supply chain, operations, commercial, and finance for integrated planning
- You lead transformation projects including system rollouts and change management
- You develop planning KPIs, ensure data quality, and drive continuous improvement
Your experience & skills
- You bring solid experience in supply chain planning and have successfully led or driven complex planning initiatives
- You’re confident working with advanced planning tools like SAP IBP, Oracle SCP, o9, or Kinaxis
- You have a strong grasp of S&OP, IBP, and long-term capacity planning
- You turn complex data into actionable insights and strategic decisions
- You lead through influence, foster collaboration, and communicate with clarity across all levels
