What You’ll Be Doing – Diverse and Impactful
Independently preparing employment contracts, contract changes, and references, and maintaining accurate HR master data in our systems.
Contributing your ideas and structured way of working to actively improve our People Operations processes – making them more efficient, digital, and professional.
Supporting projects across the team, especially around company culture and digital transformation.
Providing reliable support for payroll preparation and serving as a go-to expert for complex HR topics – from employment law to company pension schemes, social security, health insurance, and payroll tax.
What You Bring
Completed vocational training with an HR focus or a relevant degree.
Several years of experience in operational and administrative HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong digital affinity with solid knowledge of HR management and time-tracking systems.
Excellent German and English skills.
Confident use of MS Office.
A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
Solid knowledge of German employment law, contracts, and payroll administration.
High level of initiative, accountability, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
A knack for processes and organisation – and a passion for making them better.
Experience in driving and implementing change initiatives.
