Your Mission
As a People Business Partner, you will shape HR strategy in Germany and support functional teams across Europe. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President - People & Culture to promote a unified HR strategy and optimize HR operations. Your focus will be on talent development, compliance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with business leaders to align the people strategy with business objectives and use data to identify workforce needs.
- Build relationships across the business, fostering collaboration and positive change.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local laws and HR policies, and support HR operations.
- Assist in transformation initiatives and ensure effective workforce management during changes.
- Develop consistent HR processes and identify areas for integration and standardisation to drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Coach and provide feedback to leaders to improve business efficiency and organisational performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, with a background in both operational and strategic HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and cultural differences.
- Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and lead organisational change.
- Experience working in multi-country environments, with the ability to navigate diverse workplace dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and build trusted relationships across the business.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
