What you´ll do
- Provides on-site technical service at defined customer line
- Performs consignment inventory mgmt., manages / records / maintains all related consumption data at customer processes / lines
- Supports forecasting and supply process (material order) where applicable
- Maintains quality / efficiency level of products and escalates technical challenges to TCS
- Acts as first-window-person between customer line and field sales
- Growing & managing HAT technologies & business @ customer
- Develops customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
- Monitors competitor activities , pricing positioning
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Manufacturing field
- Additional qualifications in Sales / Business / Technology a bonus
- Required character traits: resourceful, independent, charismatic, flexible, proactive, resilient, mobile. Located at the customer, this role requires the candidate to work by themselves with only remote support from Henkel.
- This role requires the candidate to work in and walk around a production facility which is noisy and hazardous. The role includes some lifting
- Fluent English and German skills
