Aufgaben
- Annehmen von Materiallieferungen aus dem Lager
- Überprüfung der Materialien gemäß GMP-Richtlinien (z.B. Unversehrtheit, korrekte Kennzeichnung, Charge …)
- GMP-gemäße Kennzeichnung der kommissionierten Auftragskomponenten mit MES-Auftragsetiketten
- Wareneingangsbuchung der kommissionierten Auftragskomponenten mittels MES (Level 2)
- Buchung von Rücklagerungen mittels SAP
- Kommunikation mit Auftragskoordination, Hochregallager sowie Anlagenfahrern zur Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Informations- und Materialflusses
- Durchführen der Waren- und Materialeingangskontrolle auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit (Charge und Menge)
- Durchführung der Bilanzierung sämtlicher zum Auftrag gehörender Waren und Materialien
- Erkennen und Mitarbeit beim Beheben von Qualitätsabweichungen (z.B. schlechter Druckqualität oder Qualitätsmängel an Packmitteln) gemäß SOP
- Beheben von kleineren Störungen (z.B. Materialstau, Etikettenbandriss, Druckstörungen) in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
- Prüfen der Papierdokumentation/ Auftragsdokumentation
Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
- i.d.R. 4 Jahre Berufspraxis
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem hochtechnisierten und hochmodernen Arbeitsumfeld
- Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Schichtsystem
