About the Job
We’re looking for a motivated Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its global logistics and supply chain operations.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on coordinating global transportation, managing third-party relationships, and scaling logistics operations across borders, and get the opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to strategic initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:
- Coordinate global transportation of goods, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery based on customer needs
- Manage communication with third-party logistics providers to maintain smooth operations
- Open new trade lanes by identifying and onboarding new partners globally
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers through quality delivery and clear communication
- Collaborate closely with customer success, procurement, product, growth, and engineering teams
- Use Salesforce and other tools to support logistics execution and management
- Continuously push for operational excellence and personal growth
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- You have 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
- You are data-driven, with experience using KPIs and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- You have a track record of optimizing logistics costs while maintaining high standards of performance
- You’ve had experience scaling logistics operations internationally
- You are fluent in German
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
