We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made up of over 90 brilliant human beings who have come from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will gain hands-on experience and actively support our team in performance marketing, helping to drive growth across multiple channels.
Your Tasks
Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various paid channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, SEA, etc.).
Support with ongoing analysis of campaign KPIs and help adjust budgets for optimal performance.
Contribute creative ideas and innovative concepts to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with our Graphic Design team to test and refine ad creatives, formats, and messaging.
Your Profile
You graduated from studies in Marketing, Media Management, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience in a related field.
You have initial experience in Performance or Online Marketing within an e-commerce environment, including setting up paid advertising campaigns and tracking key performance metrics.
Fluency in English is required, along with strong proficiency in German or French.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to extract valuable insights from campaign data.
Results-driven mindset, with great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills – you express ideas clearly, concisely, and in a structured manner.
Hands-on attitude, ambition, and a high level of initiative and drive.
Passion for beauty topics and a keen interest in social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.).
A true team player who is eager to take on responsibility and grow within a fast-moving startup environment.
