Junior Expert HR - People and Organizational Development*
in Bonn
The position is to be filled by September 1, 2025, with a contract duration of two years. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.
As Junior Expert HR - People and Organizational Development (POD) you will support our HR internal POD team in all aspects of employee development worldwide. You will come into contact with exciting aspects of organization-wide learning, such as: learning management system, in-house training, mentoring, development measures, or talent development.
Your responsibilities
- Co-development and implementation of a global training guideline
- Administration, optimization and maintenance of the internal learning management system, as well as its expansion of functions in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Planning, coordination and organization of the annual in-house training courses for the head office
- Implementation and coordination of the global mentoring program
- Support and advice for managers and employees on individual development measures
- Coordination and cooperation with the works council
- Co-development and piloting of a global, modular talent development program
Your profile
- A University or College degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Initial professional experience or interest in digital learning or online learning offers
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A high level of personal initiative, strong team spirit, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent intercultural communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Very good written and spoken English and German language skills. French language skills would be an advantage.
