Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs routine tasks in line with an entry-level professional role
Uses standard procedures to address typical business/system issues
Works under close supervision with clear direction from senior staff
Applies general knowledge from education or early work experience
Contributes to team objectives with limited individual scope
Communicates effectively through basic information exchange
ERP Project Support:
Assists with ERP projects (upgrades, rollouts, improvements)
Supports documentation of business processes and system needs
Helps with test planning and execution, including:
UAT: Coordinates with users to validate system functionality
DIL: Aids in real-life simulations before go-live
Post-Go-Live Testing: Supports validation of changes post-deployment
Tracks test issues and helps resolve them
Updates test scripts and user training materials
Aids in data migration and validates accuracy
Supports users during training and go-live phases
Participates in go-live and hypercare activities with senior colleagues
Collaborates with internal (IT, business, project teams) and external partners (vendors, consultants) for alignment and communication
Keys to Success
- Solid understanding of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant area of expertise
- Proficiency gained through a combination of formal training and hands-on experience in job-related processes
- Ability to apply analytical and technical skills to carry out tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking
- Attention to detail, particularly in testing activities and documentation
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and seek clarification when needed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of process documentation or testing tools is a plus

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (0–1 year of relevant experience)
- Internship or academic experience related to ERP systems, software testing, or business processes is advantageous
- Basic understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Strong motivation to learn about ERP systems, software testing, and integrated business processes
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and curious attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 30%) as project needs require
- Flexibility to participate in virtual meetings across time zones with global teams
- Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work during critical project phases
