What you’ll do
You will build trusted relationships and guide customers through their digital journey, leading workshops, assessing workflows, and demonstrating the real business impact of our client’s solutions. You will support adoption, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating closely with sales and product teams. A key part of the role will also be to inspire customers to push creative boundaries using cutting-edge digital tools.
What you’ll bring
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with internship or work-study experience. You should bring a passion for customer success, design workflows, and digital trends, combined with strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset. Confidence in engaging with both end-users and executives is important, as is business proficiency in English and German.
