You support our team as
JOBBER/STUDENT SUPPORT FACILITY MANAGEMENT (F/M/D) TEMPORARY FOR 2 WEEKS IN JULY
Responsibilities
- Temporary for 2 weeks in July onsite
- Create job descriptions for employees
- Keeping our portals up-to-date and appealing
- Create transfers of duties for all employees
- I TWO FM (facility management software): Data cleansing, create KPIs (transparency about performance), create brief instructions for new employees
- Create new signs on the doors with the new department abbreviations
- Move data from the drive to the sharepoint
Qualifications
- Preferably enrolled student (f/m/d)
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Accurate, structured and independent way of working
