Job Description
In the group for material and heat-treatment technologies metals, we are looking for a motivated student to support in projects in the context of digitalization of material data.
- During your internship, you will develop workflow tools to process and store material data.
- You will identify existing open-source tools related to the digitalization of material data.
- Last but not least, you will create a database system for material data.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Computational Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: with handling and storing material data; programming (preferrably Python), Git and databases are advantageous
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive individual who can work in a structured manner within a team
- Languages: good in written and spoken German and English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 3 months
