Join our dynamic team at the forefront of AI innovation within DHL Supply Chain. As an MBA Intern in Program Management Support, you will play a key role in scaling agentic AI initiatives and ensuring transparency and orchestration across use cases. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-evolving tech landscape while contributing to impactful automation programs.
Your Key Accountabilities include
- Support the Program Manager to productize AI solutions, including latest solutions from Silicon Valley Start-ups
- Collect, prioritize, and report on AI use cases across regions and functions.
- Support the roll-out and adoption of AI products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist in tracking and reporting, preparing executive updates, and maintaining transparency across stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of governance frameworks for agentic AI orchestration.
- Support growing topic of agentic automation
What are we looking for from you:
- Currently pursuing an MBA or master’s in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- First experience or coursework in project management.
- Strong interest in AI, data analytics, and/or digital transformation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Microsoft Office and specifically Powerpoint skills
