As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Integration & Process Manager to join our team in Bremen or Hamburg, Germany.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in rethinking how we work – identifying improvement areas, refining and / or redesigning workflows, and helping teams adopt better ways of doing things. It's all about Business Process Reengineering. You’ll be hands-on in analyzing current operations, working closely with teams to understand their challenges, and designing solutions that make a real difference. While you’ll start by focusing on our operations in Germany, this role is built to grow into a global one. You will also be working as hands-on project manager to lead projects especially on post-merger integrations.
You’ll be successful in this role when you:
- Lead initiatives to implement, reengineer and optimize core business processes across functions
- Analyse current workflows to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement integration strategies & process frameworks for current and future post-merger integration projects in order to ensure smooth transitions and aligned operations
- Collaborate with teams to co-create new, more effective ways of working
- Lead change: Derive suitable change measures and actions to support transformation as well as document and communicate process changes clearly and effectively
- Help build scalable process frameworks that can grow with the business
- Coordinate project timelines and milestones to keep initiatives on track
You’re a great fit, if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering, process improvement, or a similar role
- A strong track record of analysing and redesigning business processes and managing projects
- Solid understanding of process mapping, workflow tools, and change management
- Experience working in cross-functional teams/matrix org structures and managing stakeholders
- Experience with post-merger integration or fast-scaling environments
- Native German skills and fluent English skills as working language is a must, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
