Front Office & Reservations Supervisor (m/f/d)

As Front Office & Reservations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day reception shifts (early and late)
- Oversee front office procedures, identify challenges, and provide hands-on support to the team
- Train and onboard new team members and interns
- Handle complex guest complaints, perform root cause analysis, and support service recovery
- Support the Front Office & Guest Relations Manager in continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as Night Auditor cover when required, including night shifts and daily closures
- Manage and enter room reservations in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Communicate booking and guest-related information across all relevant departments
Your Profile
- Prior experience as a Front Office Supervisor, ideally in a 5-star hotel environment
- Strong organisational skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Emotionally intelligent, solution-focused, and proactive
- Confident under pressure and comfortable making decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Well-presented, with a professional and polished appearance
- Enjoys working with numbers and data
