Your challenges
- Define and lead a global Commercial Excellence roadmap that is scalable, adaptive, and aligned with the Bioprocess Unit strategy
- Own the entire sales process landscape – including CRM workflows, lead-to-order cycles, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
- Drive sales governance and ensure strategic alignment with our Go-to-Market approach for harmonized and data-driven decision-making
- Develop training concepts and enablement tools to strengthen sales capabilities and ensure consistent execution across the organization
- Lead reporting and performance management for sales KPIs, including order intake, pipeline, revenue and costs – and oversee forecasting processes across regions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market monitoring to derive actionable insights and inform commercial strategy
- Champion the integration of digital sales enablement tools, automation, and AI to support our transformation toward a more data-enabled, agile sales culture
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks through proactive monitoring and scenario planning
Your expertise
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales management or business administration, preferably in Life Science or B2B investment goods sector.
- You have a proven track record in business impact, change management and continuous process improvement
- You combine strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insight
- You are a strong communicator with excellent networking, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- You are driven by results, open to change and bring a hands-on mindset to implementing commercial innovation
- You speak English and German fluently, both written and spoken
- You are confident using Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have advanced skills in CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics or Salesforce) and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI)
