Head (f/m/d) of Digital Marketing at Advanced Therapies, to lead our digital initiatives and drive growth for our B2B company. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who excels at building and inspiring high-performing teams, developing innovative digital campaigns, and shaping the future of our go-to-market strategy.


Choose the best place for your work –
Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Leadership
    • Shape and implement a forward-looking digital marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
    • Monitor emerging digital trends and technologies to keep our B2B marketing approach innovative and competitive.
    • Define meaningful KPIs, track performance, and report on ROI to support continuous learning and improvement.
    • Manage the digital marketing budget with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Go-to-Market Innovation
    • Drive the development of hybrid go-to-market models that integrate digital and traditional sales channels.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Business Development to create seamless, customer-centric journeys.
    • Identify and activate digital opportunities to reach new markets and audiences.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
    • Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, content, social media, email, ABM, and automation.
    • Ensure campaigns are insight-driven, regularly tested, and continuously optimized for relevance and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to internal teams, sharing digital expertise and market insights.
    • Work hand-in-hand with Sales to ensure high-quality lead generation and smooth handover processes.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives and help embed digital thinking across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
    • Represent the digital marketing function in central teams, advocating for resources and sharing results.
    • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared success.
    • Represent the company at industry events, contributing thought leadership on digital marketing trends.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fluent in English.
  • You have many years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B environments.
  • A strong track record in developing and delivering digital strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and working closely with Sales, Product, and Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email.
  • Familiarity with hybrid go-to-market models and digital transformation is a plus.

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for data, insights, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including automation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels.
  • Confident representing the company internally and externally, including at industry events.
