Kilkenny Gymnastics Academy is a dynamic and growing club, housed in an 18,000 sq. ft. full-time artistic gymnastics facility catering to both boys and girls.
Established in 2018, we are proud of our strong and supportive environment, offering both recreational and competitive programs. Our athletes have achieved outstanding success, including:
- Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG): National Title holders (Levels 1–8)
- Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), Tumbling & Trampoline: Multiple National Titles
- National Team Representation: Athletes currently representing KGA in MAG, Tumbling, and Trampoline

We're Hiring: Senior WAG Coach – Join Our Team at Kilkenny Gymnastics Academy!
Location: Kilkenny, Ireland
Facility: 18,000 sq. ft. full-time gymnastics centre
Hours: 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday (plus competition weekends)
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
Eligibility: Must be able to work in Ireland without a visa (Work permits may be considered)
Kilkenny Gymnastics Academy is a growing, ambitious club with a passion for excellence and athlete development. Based in a vibrant, medieval city with a great social scene and just 1.5 hours from both Dublin and Cork, our academy offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, results-driven coaching team.
We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented WAG Coach to help develop our Women's Artistic Gymnastics program.
About the Role:
- Work closely with our higher-level WAG athletes with a goal of progressing gymnasts to Level 10 and beyond
- Help shape and evolve our WAG competitive program alongside an experienced team
- Mentor and support the development of junior WAG coaches within the club
- Deliver a small number of recreational classes during earlier daytime hours
- Create a positive, safe, and confidence-building environment for all athletes
Who We're Looking For:
- A qualified coach with British Gymnastics Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher
- A proven track record in competitive coaching, ideally with several years of experience
- A passion for athlete development and a commitment to ongoing personal coach education
- A fun, dependable, and driven individual who thrives in a team setting
