Your Contribution:
- Work in coordination with the Global General Counsel to further develop and implement the group-wide, multinational compliance program.
- Create compliance strategies, concepts, guidelines, and work instructions for the entire CGM Group, and investigate any potential compliance violations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance issues within the CGM Group, coordinating local compliance officers and conducting regular compliance risk assessments.
- Independently advise our listed holding company, subsidiaries, management, and other employees on all compliance-related questions.
- Organize and conduct internal compliance training sessions and support business processes from a compliance perspective while providing guidance on large-scale projects and collaborations.
What You Bring:
- You are ideally a fully qualified lawyer and/or a compliance professional (m/f/d) with several years of experience in compliance within an internationally operating company or compliance consultancy.
- You possess proven knowledge in compliance-related legal areas, including competition and antitrust law.
- You have a strong interest in economic and business contexts and enjoy strategic and conceptual work.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a team in an international environment.
- You are independent, committed, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and fluent in both German and English for effective communication with our international teams.
