Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across ATL and digital channels
- Manage media budgets, track spend, and optimize for ROI and cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional planning of brand and performance campaigns, from ideation to execution
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to drive campaign success
- Coordinate with agencies and local markets to ensure seamless implementation

Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or related fields
- Proven success managing ATL and digital campaigns with quantifiable impact
- Strong command of Google Analytics and media performance tracking
- Experience leading social media campaigns with large-scale audiences
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Agency or multi-brand management experience is a strong plus
