About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the F&B Supervisor, Breakfast is responsible for the breakfast shift. The F&B Supervisor, Breakfast reports to the Restaurant Manager.
As F&B Supervisor, Breakfast, you will responsible for the following duties:
- Working in all shifts of Breakfast
- Responsibility for the smooth workflow in Breakfast
- Leading shifts in our breakfast
- Planning, preparation and execution of the daily business
- Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
As F&B Supervisor, Breakfast, we expect from you:
- Professional experience in upscale gastronomy is an advantage
- You are flexible, creative and team-oriented
- You enjoy being a host
- Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
- Very good communication skills in German and English
