You’re as comfortable in Figma as you are in code reviews or motion direction. You get interactive. You get AI. You get people.

- 9+ years experience in a senior creative role at an agency or creative tech company
- strong leadership track record with hands-on creative execution
- fluent in brand storytelling across platforms, storytelling, digital, motion, interactive
- a strong understanding of development workflows, web tech (HTML/CSS/JS), and digital product thinking
- deep curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging creative tools
- skilled communicator with proficient English level and native German level
- strong new business and pitch experience
- strategic mindset with a love for collaboration and growth
