As part of our mission, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant Working Student (part-time) to support our leadership team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and reliable, who wants to gain experience in office and travel coordination, and general team support within a fast-paced tech environment.
Your responsibilities:
Assist with organizing team and external meetings and events.
Support travel bookings and hotel arrangements for executives and visitors.
Help with processing invoices, reimbursements, and basic expense tracking.
Assist with document management, including filing and internal organization.
Provide general admin support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your profile:
Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, Communication Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline) or a recent graduate.
Fluent in German and English.
Well-organized with good attention to detail.
Comfortable with basic tools like Microsoft Office.
Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
