As a part of the Digital Grid organization, as Europe’s Head of Market Applications for Grid Enhancing Technologies, you will be leading an international and diverse team to support go to market strategies, support sales efforts, understand customer requirements, collaborate with development and execution teams, and manage diverse stakeholders to achieve financial targets and ensure customer satisfaction!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Assist the sales team in growing market share for Grid Enhancing Technologies and achieving annual financial targets.
- Represent customer needs and market demands within the organization to align internal efforts.
- Lead, empower, and manage a diverse and international team.
- Support lead generation and coordinate the full offer lifecycle—from bid management to deal closure.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in technical sales and/or offer management, ideally within the Energy sector.
- Long term experience in team leadership and in areas such as sales strategy, offer management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and business models, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrates ownership mentality, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus), with strong skills in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
