Your role:
You set the vision for clinical-trial data and digital applications. You own the multi-year roadmap, governance, and investment cases; align product portfolios and architectures to outcomes. You lead a cross-functional projects across R&D, IT, and external providers to scale data acquisition, integration, and advanced analytics/ML. You chair decision forums, remove blockers, negotiate vendor strategy, set standards, and measure value with clear KPIs, ensuring compliant, reliable delivery across the portfolio.
- Advanced university degree in a technical field (Life Science, Informatics, Statistics, or similar).
- 10+ years in pharma; led enterprise-scale programs.
- Deep data strategy & governance; portfolio ownership.
- Executive communicator; influence across R&D/IT.
- Vendor ecosystem & sourcing strategy; strong negotiator.
- Product mindset; own roadmaps, KPIs, investment cases.
- Steer ML/AI, data engineering, BI at scale.
