We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Design Architect/ Technical Lead to drive the architectural definition, design, and execution of complex digital systems. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital product development, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering the growth of our digital design team.
More specifically, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the system architect to optimize and clarify system architecture definition for digital implementation.
- Select appropriate digital architectures (e.g., CPUs, buses, memories, Corestone) based on project requirements and performance targets.
- Make strategic decisions regarding intellectual property (IP) – whether to reuse existing IP, purchase third-party solutions, or develop in-house.
- Author comprehensive digital specifications in collaboration with all project stakeholders.
- Define and track critical project parameters including planning, area, power consumption, and operating frequency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee and manage internal and external digital design resources across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution.
- Take ownership of the quality and timely delivery of all digital project outputs.
- Mentor and coach less experienced digital designers, fostering their professional growth and technical proficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong background in digital design and verification.
- Proven experience in leading complex digital projects.
- Excellent writing skills for technical documentation and specifications.
- Solid knowledge of ARM solutions.
- Exceptional analysis and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience with automotive quality standards and ISO 26262.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring technical staff.
