As a Cyber Defense Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop into a seasoned security practitioner within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Initiatives: Lead efforts in detection and response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Tool Mastery: Learn and understand new tools, ensuring their proper application in our enterprise environment.
- Service Development: Develop and enhance security services delivered across the global METRO universe, ensuring smooth Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
- Incident Response: Take charge during high-severity incidents, leading response actions and mitigating threats effectively.
- Take Ownership: Lead operation or project teams and be end-to-end responsible for their success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cyber defense, with a focus on detection and response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Strong ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-severity incidents.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
