We are looking for you to join our Customer Service Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Customer Service Specialist B2B (m/f/d )as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Independent handling of communication with the assigned region across all relevant channels (e.g., email, ticket systems, phone)
- Providing customers in the region with information regarding orders, stock availability, and specific reports
- Managing the order book by entering, monitoring, and overseeing all types of orders
- Supporting seasonal transitions by ensuring the timely exchange of required style and pricing master data with customers and the sales team
- Preparing and verifying all data required to ensure accurate delivery of the seasonal order book
- Contributing to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets by tracking deliveries, taking corrective actions, and finding optimal solutions with all involved parties when needed
- Monitoring complaints and electronic documents for errors and correcting them using the provided tools and processes
- Organizing sample shipments to customers
- Ensuring company policies are applied and followed.
What you bring:
- Completed business-related degree or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
- Confident use of Office 365 tools and understanding of ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus)
- Independent problem identification and proactive communication with colleagues and customers
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Reliability, efficiency, and the ability to work independently
