What potential would you like to unlock with us as a Customer Service Representative – Transport / B2B (m/f/d)?

You will be the first point of contact for assigned customers in daily business – via phone and email.
You ensure that agreed services are reliably executed – from selecting the appropriate truck type to detention fee arrangements and time slot bookings.
You carefully check order data and request any missing information when needed.
Monitoring transport volumes is also part of your responsibilities. In case of deviations, you proactively communicate with customers and dispatchers.
You will manage your area independently while closely collaborating with adjacent teams.
When facing capacity shortages or surpluses, you respond flexibly – whether by assigning jobs via freight exchanges or through discussions with existing customers.

Professional experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or B2B customer service.
Strong communication skills and a clear focus on what matters.
A structured, reliable, and self-driven work style.
Flexibility and organizational talent – especially in fast-paced situations.
Confident handling of digital tools and ideally transport management systems.
