Tasks
- Advising and supporting customers by phone, email and chat
- Order processing in the e-commerce system
- Processing returns
- Processing complaints
- System and data maintenance
- Support sales
Requirements
- Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1).
- Minimum 1 year of customer support and sales experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing high-value customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
