Responsibilities
- Support the monthly payroll for process across European entities
- Support European-wide implementation of global HR initiatives
- Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation
- Manage on boarding and introduction process for new starters
- Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date
- Support HR Administration when needed (on boarding & leavers process, reference letters, work permits etc.)
- Support absence tracking/time registration system
- Support monthly HR budget
- Manage Ad-hoc HR Projects
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position preferably gained in an international environment
- Solid experience in the area payroll and internal staffing
- Experience with German and/or European labour regulations and social security
- Service oriented and proactive
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and toward tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English and German language skills spoken and written; any other European language is a plus
