As our Commercial Learning Specialist you will define impactful learning and capability development concepts and roll out programs that support the Merz Therapeutics strategy across headquarters and local organizations. You will take ownership of a comprehensive training framework, foster knowledge exchange, and empower a community of trainers to drive learning excellence.
YOUR TASKS
Learning Strategy Implementation: Translate strategic priorities into learning concepts and development programs across Medical, Marketing, and Sales.
Training Framework Design: Define and implement a modular training framework with tailored learning paths for different stakeholder groups.
Content Development: Create engaging training materials for face-to-face, virtual, and digital learning formats.
Trainer Community Enablement: Build and support an internal Trainer Community to share knowledge and best practices across functions.
Standards & Guidelines: Develop internal standards for training design, delivery, and e-learning development.
LMS Management: Maintain and manage training content and participation via the Learning Management System.
Cross-Market Rollout: Adapt training programs to meet regional requirements and support implementation across markets and product portfolios.
Impact Measurement: Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Business, Human Resource Development, Communication, or a related field
Experience in Learning & Development and/or Marketing & Sales Training and familiarity with CRM systems and omnichannel approaches
Proven expertise in blended learning, learning methodology, and didactics
Experience in dynamic organizations undergoing change (e.g. digital transformation, growth phases)
Full professional proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
Strong project management and design thinking skills
Dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
