Job Description
We are looking for Client Support Coordinator to join us for 6 - months.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll be a key player supporting our customers. You’ll help coordinate Insights Discovery workshops and provide technical and operational support to our community. You’ll also work closely with our Consultants and Facilitators, ensuring every event runs smoothly.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Own event coordination, working with internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Manage and troubleshoot CRM queries—D365 experience is a big plus!
- Build strong relationships with clients and be their go-to problem solver.
What You Bring
- Fluency in German & English—a must for smooth communication with our clients.
- CRM Skills: You have experience with client relationship management, and D365 knowledge will make you shine.
- Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others and thrive in a team-focused atmosphere.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-Oriented: You’re accurate in data entry and have a keen eye for detail.
- Problem Solver: You take the initiative to find solutions and handle customer queries with care and efficiency.
- Adaptability: You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Contract: 6-month temp
Location: Hybrid around Berlin
