- Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the company's growth and success.

- Develop and implement high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive exit strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and investor expectations.
Qualifikation
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions in the software industry.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, fundraising, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
- An visionary mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Experience with exit strategies and processes is essential.
- Experience in a medium-sized software company is mandatory and in private equity a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
