Your Tasks:
- Develop innovative chemical concepts for customized and strategic solutions
- Carry out adhesive feasibility tests and determine adhesive properties using modern physio-chemical testing methods, e.g., GC/MS, IR spectroscopy, rheological tests (viscosity, TG, reactivity) and various thermal analysis methods (DSC, TMA, DMTA)
- Draft documentation for the measurements and analyses
- Realization of technical property profiles in chemical formulations
- Oversee a lab assistant who will report to you
Your Skills:
- A master´s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any related field
- In-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry or organic chemistry preferred
- Excellent technical comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office in the workplace
- Strong attention to detail and care when handling chemicals in a laboratory setting
- Very good written and spoken English ability
