e are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CEO Communications Expert and strategic thinker to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in shaping and conveying the CEO's vision, strategy, and key messages to various stakeholders, including employees, media, investors, government officials, and industry analysts.

hat you’ll do
n this role, you would:
evelop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and values
C
raft clear, compelling, and consistent messages for the CEO’s internal and external communications engagements to bring strategic corporate messaging as well as the CEO’s personal storyline to life in an authentic way
T
ransform complex internal topics as well as external thought leadership topics into high-quality content and storylines for various audiences
W
orking together across teams to help prepare for engagements with a wide range of stakeholders, including media, employees, government officials, investors, and industry analysts
M
onitor and analyze macroeconomic and sociopolitical trends to provide strategic advice and insights to the CEO
H
andle crisis communication and develop contingency plans to protect the CEO's and the company's reputation
W
hat you bring
S
trong background in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Finance, or a related field
E
xcellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English and German
S
trong team player who is also happy to work independently
A
bility to work effectively and diligently under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
K
nowledgeable about ongoing socio-political, economic, and technological developments and the challenges, risks, opportunities and transformation they impose on companies
A
bility to understand the complex, technical topics and convey them in easily digestible and interesting ways
F
amiliar with the software industry and software solutions – understanding of SAP’s strategy and portfolio would be a strong plus

roven experience in a senior communications role, preferably within a corporate or political environment
S
trong understanding of geopolitical and financial landscapes and their impact on business
E
xcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
H
igh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
xperience
0+ years of experience in a communications role
I
n-depth experience in the software industry

xperience in complex & fast-paced global environments

nternational and intercultural experience is a strong plus

xperience in financial communications and government relations is a plus
