We are looking for a new Business Unit Lead (m/f/d) to lead the team and focus on expanding the brand's presence to new markets, streamlining and improving existing processes, and driving other strategic and organizational topics.

- …the Berlin Acoustics team of 7 people is high-performing and purpose-driven, with clear roles, strong leadership, and a culture of ownership.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, international sales, or a similar commercial role
- Proven track record of launching products or brands in new markets
- Strong analytical and communication skills - you are able to convince partners and back it up with data
- High ownership mentality: entrepreneurial, hands-on, and self-driven
- Experience in B2B environments (ideally in architecture, furniture, acoustics, or design-related fields)
- Availability and readiness to travel for work frequently
- Culturally fluent and confident working across diverse regions
- Fluent in English; German, Italian, Spanish or French is a strong plus
