Are you passionate about analyzing complex processes and developing smart solutions? As a Business Operations & Automation Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in advancing our internal system landscape, with direct impact across all areas of the company.
What you’ll be working on
- Translate complex data into clear, insightful reports, including BI dashboards.
- Take ownership of ongoing automation projects, driving process improvements and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Identify new opportunities for automation, implement scalable solutions, and maintain high standards of data quality.
- Take technical ownership of internal systems such as Salesforce, Chargebee, and Bexio.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understand their requirements, and deliver pragmatic technical solutions.

What you bring as the ideal candidate
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Familiarity with BI solutions and experience in developing management reports.
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies in no-code/low-code environments, including platforms like Make.com and Zapier, as well as process automation tools such as Power BI.
- Prior experience in managing and administering core business systems, such as Salesforce, Chargebee, Bexio, and Microsoft 365, would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and structural skills with a high level of technical understanding.
- Excellent communication skills in English and experience working with cross-functional teams.
