Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to support our growth in the European market. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, particularly in the language and localization industry, and be skilled at managing enterprise-level accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to identify and target potential enterprise clients in Europe.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to support sales strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Reporting: Provide updates on sales performance, pipeline, and activities.
- Networking: Represent Clearly Local at relevant events and conferences in the industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the language services or localization industry.
- Proven experience selling to enterprise-level clients and managing complex sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Based in Europe with the ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English. Additional fluency in French, German, or other European languages is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely within a distributed team.
