Summary
The Brand Lead Dermatology (m/f/d) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving Dermatology Business in Germany and to specifically prepare and execute the launch of our Atopic Dermatitis business in Germany. This role requires a strong background in both sales and marketing, deep expertise in dermatology, and proven launch experience. The position offers significant development potential and is designed to attract individuals capable of evolving into broader leadership roles, such as Business Unit Director, based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and operational execution for the launch of Incyte´s Atopic Dermatitis business in Germany
- Develop and implement the Country Launch Plan, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market dynamics
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders on national and international level to ensure launch readiness
- Lead the national Brand Team and represent Germany in the International Brand Team, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
- Design and implement promotional campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, tailored to dermatology healthcare professionals and patients
- Conduct market research and translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize brand positioning and customer engagement
- Monitor competitive landscape and ensure continuous collection of market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Support field force training and develop impactful promotional materials and tools to enable effective brand communication
- Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables, budget adherence, and timely execution
- Organize and oversee presence at key dermatology congresses, including symposia and booth activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Foster a culture of proactivity, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in managing change and ambiguity within a fast-evolving market and organizational context.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a strong focus on launching dermatological products
- University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Business or related
- Proven launch experience in Dermatology or other autoimmune disease areas
- Deep understanding of dermatology market dynamics, customer needs, and treatment landscape
- Strong track record in multi-channel marketing, brand leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of working time
- Strong team player
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
