Your role
As an associate you will be highly involved in all aspects of a deal making process. From sourcing and evaluating opportunities to supporting portfolio companies, you will play a key role in shaping our investment strategy and execution.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading deal execution from initial contact to closing
- Conducting market research and financial analysis
- Preparing investment proposals and pitch presentations
- Building and maintaining relationships with networkpartners (e.g. corporate finance advisors, PE investors)
- Supporting portfolio companies with strategic andoperation initiatives
- Preparing quarterly reports for our investors
- Guiding and collaborating with interns an analysts
- Engaging with entrepreneurs and management teams

What you bring
- A completed master’s degree in finance, economics, businessor a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (in strategy consulting,corporate finance or private equity)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financialmodelling
- Affinitywith the software & IT sector or would like to learn about thesector
- A proactive mindset: you enjoy creating structure whereneeded and thrive in dynamic environments
- Experience or interest in mentoring junior team members
- The ability to connect with entrepreneurs and understandtheir ambitions
- Fluency in German and English
